€24,000 basic, OTE €40,000 plus benefits One of the UKs fastest growing resourcing companies is looking to further strengthen its’ team with the appointment of a Country Manager to drive it’s sales and operations in Czech Republic. The role is pivotal to the continued success and growth of the company and the person appointed to this role will contribute significantly to the overall performance and continued success of the business.

The role will involve :

  • Managing and supporting a team of up to 7 Regional Managers, who in turn each have responsibility for 10-15 recruiters.
  • Directly manage the recruitment team in Prague
  • Driving sales performance within the teams to achieve and exceed company targets.
  • Hold regular review and training sessions to identify areas needing improvement and delivering workshops to increase performance.
  • Liaising with the company’s partners to develop ongoing relationships and ensure company objectives are being reached.
  • Ensuring the number and quality of recruiters is maintained at agreed levels.
  • Ensuring budgets/costs are managed within agreed limits.
  • Extensive travel within country.

The person will need to demonstrate:

  • Good general management and/or sales team management experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience in a training/coaching sales teams would be a distinct advantage.
  • European recruitment experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • ‘Can-do’ positive attitude
  • Desire to grow with the business and be part of a successful team
