Role responsibilities:To provide support to Shared Service Centre in Prague by organizing and management of the day to day cash collection duties involving the efficient and secure collection of overdue invoices. Conduct regular suspense account and customer account reconciliations ensuring tidiness on customer accounts. Participate in customer dispute management, review and follow up on high value unresolved disputes with the customer service department.
- Min. 1-2 years of experience with finance administration
- Knowledge of SAPis a advantage
- Advanced knowledge of English and French
