We are a family of 5. Richard and I have been married for 21 years this September and have 3 children. Mili is 15 and is at a full boarding school but comes home most weekends, she is in Yr 10. Harry is 12 and stays two nights at school, he is in Yr 7 and Hector is 6, he is Yr 2 and is at a local school. We are all very active and very sociable.

They are very happy children who are doing well at school. They have lots of different interests which combined by their different ages makes my life very busy. Mili has a horse called Conker who lives at a livery yard about 5 miles away and spends nearly all her time either at the stables or competing. Harry loves his PS4 so needs lots of encouragement to get outside, he has recently got into cycling and seems to love it, he also likes wall climbing, days out playing in the woods and playing with friends. Hector has a lot of energy and loves doing everything. He is particularly keen on dinosaurs, sea creatures and star wars.

Not only do we have Conker but also two dogs and a tortoise. The dogs are Zim, a golden Labrador who is 8 years old and Coco, a Jack Russell who is 9. They are very friendly dogs. The tortoise is Hector’s it is only 1 so is still very small.

Richard is a company director in the renewables sector and I combine looking after the house and family with running a small business in the interior design area and organise a yearly vintage fair.

If you come and work for us you will have your own one bedroom cottage which was originally a barn so it has a lovely vaulted ceiling. The large sitting/dining room and kitchen feels quite big and has a flat screen TV, satellite, internet access and fully function kitchen with washing machine and central heating.

The house is surrounded by a lovely garden with views over fields to the hill in the distance. It is within walking distance of the village which has two pubs, a village shop with coffee shop, tennis courts, playground and football/cricket field. There is a bus stop which takes you into the towns of Shipston on stour and Stratford upon avon. Trains to Birmingham go from Stratford (15 minute drive away) and trains to Oxford and London go from Moreton in Marsh which is a 15 minute drive away. There are language schools in Stratford and Oxford but these are very expensive. Stratford college offers a language course which is alot cheaper.

You will have sole use of a car (with insurance paid for) and we will pay for the petrol when you are driving the children around.

The hours we are looking for help are 25 hours a week each with two nights baby sitting. I need help with looking after the children when I work or go out to run errands. Help with general cleaning perhaps cooking for the children. I need help in the garden with weeding, lawn mowing and using a strimmer. Helping with cleaning the pool occasionally. Also help with doing school runs when I have to be in two places at the same time. Taking the dogs for walks. Playing with the children, taking them out occasionally. I need help on a very flexible .
