ACCOUNTANTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

For our significant client we are seeking for candidateson the position Accounts Receivable Specialist with Romanian and English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• posting of incoming payments
• assigning of payment to open invoices
• other activities in regards with accounts receivable
• dunning letters run
• participating on monthly, quarterly and yearly closings
• daily communication with internal customer in Romania
• preparing documentation for auditors
• regular reporting activities

REQUIREMENTS

• high school/university degree ideally in economics, finance, accounting
• fluency in Romanian and advanced level in English
• theoretical knowledge of accounting principles as advantage
• experience in SAP is a big plus
• good knowledge of MS Office programs
• customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure
• very good communication skills
• pro-activity, responsibility and punctuality
• time flexibility and team player
