JUNIOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST (UP TO 32.000 CZK)

The Payroll Specialist will Oversea payroll data and compile it ensure payroll processes and information are Accurate and current. Candidates will Provide updated payroll, tax and employee benefit information to the SAP HCM payroll system. These processes can Occur weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payrolls, as required, the Payroll Customers.

 

Accounts Payable Specialist (UP TO 30.000 CZK)

The Accounts Payable team is part of the Wider Source to Settle department Within the company oversees That invoice processing and preparation of cash disbursements. The Accounts Payable team is especiall focused on the proactive review of all invoices for appropriate` Supplier documentation and approval prior to payment. The Accounts Payable Provides assurance team with Respect to Shared Service Centers Agreed Principles Payables (three-way matching) and compliance will monitor the Supplier's accounts ENSURE payments are up to date.

 

PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST (UP TO 30.000 CZK)

The Procurement team is the part of the Source to Settle Department Responsible for the creation and Issuing of the Purchase Orders to Suppliers. The Procurement team is especiall focused on the proactive review of all purchase requests, verifying That all required information and documentation has been provided, and Then Creates purchase orders for The requested items. The Procurement team ensures That Purchases are made against Properly Approved purchase orders, and are compliant with the company procurement policies.

 

GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTANT - JUNIOR & SENIOR (35.000 to 45.000 CZK)

The General Ledger Accountant is an integral part of Within the Financial Accounting team Responsible for delivering month-end Financial Information Which Impacts Balance Sheets and P & L. This position plays a critical part in the company's month-end close process Resulting in complete and Accurate financial statements. The General Ledger Accountant is Responsible for preparing, managing, controlling and journal entries, balance sheets, reconciliations and other rel accounting issues in compliance with Legislation.

 

JUNIOR BANKING PROFILE (25.000 to 30.000 CZK)

Candidates will process mandatory corporate events (stock split, reverse stock split, merger, bonus, stock dividend, exchange, etc.) for equities, warrants, DRs. Processing of Issue date change events on equities, bonds, warrants, DRs. Manage corporate actions Including Information Gathering cash and securities bookings, Reconciliation, Investigation, networking with Customers and providers. 

 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS:

    • University degree preferable position in related field
    • Previous experience working in a Shared Service Center Would Be an advantage but not Necessary
    • Excellent verbal and Written communication skills in English
    • Any additional languages are a plus
    • Good Excel knowledge
    • Proactive, detail oriented person
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
    • Good customer service skills and client-focused attitude
    • Good communication skills
