Technical Support Specialist (Eng+Ru) PART-TIME

We are currently looking for a new colleague who would provide support to our clients (B2B) and contribute to technical documentation.

This job opening is also suitable for IT students or fresh graduates, with the possibility to work ca. 20 hours a week, mostly on Tue and Thu, 8-17.

Basic job description:

  • solving client queries, mostly via e-mail & chat, occasionally via skype
  • distribution of specific technical questions to responsible coworkers;
  • self-reliant solving of simple technical questions
  • SW testing and creating of techn. documentation

Requirements:

  • excellent knowledge of English and Russian language both in spoken and written form
  • excellent communication skills
  • empathy, strong client orientation - very pro-customer oriented personality
  • familiarity with HTML / CSS
  • knowledge of Markdown or a similar markup language is a plus
  • strong work ethic
  • accuracy, logical thinking, the ability to identify and follow priorities
